We will respond to messages within two days at the latest, including weekends. If there is no response within two days, put in a new email or a call / text message / whatsapp message, as sometimes the server will classify the messages as spam and they may be ignored.

Shipping and custom duty
As a rule, we use national mail.

Mail delivery times vary by country and delivery address. Within the EU delivery time is usually 3-8 days. Elsewhere in the world, delivery usually arrives no later than three weeks after the date of dispatch. Emergencies around the world could cause delays in mail deliveries, too country-specific restrictions exist, they will be announced at the contact stage.
If you order the product from outside the EU, the recipient of the product is responsible for any duties incurred in the country to which the products are shipped.
